︎Design, Photo Art Direction, Styling
At Sonos, I was responsible for maintaining and evolving overall brand design and experience. Working cross functionally with marketing, product, and retail teams, I helped create a holistic design language that focused our brand messaging and vision. This included positioning the brand in a more aspirational and contemporary lense through thoughful imagery and stroytelling.
I was also instrumental in leading art direction and on-set styling for product lifestyle photography and video. Alongside the Global Brand Design team and our production partners, I aided in scouting aspirational locations and talent to compliment the premium quality of our products.

While at Ace Hotel, I was responsible for branding, design, and art direction for all hotel properties. Working cross-funtionally with professional chefs, interior designers, and architects, I help craft bespoke identities for the hotels and the outlets within them.
Hotel branding projects necessitated holistic design thinking — branded touch points within guest rooms, outlets and public spaces, approving furniture and fixtures, wayfinding and signage, and collaborating with emerging artists for installations.

	Sonos Grotesk︎Type Design

Sonos has relied on Aktiv Grotesk as its typeface, serving as a versatile workhorse for everything from marketing to package design and product branding. Working alongside Dalton Maag, we customized Aktiv, bringing in the geometric qualities of the Sonos wordmark. Through multiple rounds of refinement and testing across digital, print, and packaging usecases, we identified the characters that needed to change, ultimately resulting in the creation of Sonos Grotesk.

	Loam︎Art Direction, Design

From the grit comes a garden. LOAM is a restaurant at Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles and Ace Hotel Sydney focused on fresh, simple, and sustainable food practices with a twist.
Taking into account the gritty downtown nature of the neighborhoods where these restaurants are located, I designed an identity for the restaurant that embraces the creativity, playfulness, and energy of a fast paced urban environment while also nodding to the organic and earthy nature of the ingredients in each dish.

Full brand identity for Little West, a Los Angeles based cold-pressed juice company. I developed an iconographic system and packaging for the brand that illustrated the light and refreshing flavor profile of each beverage.

Beyond the Break was a response to my interest in exploring the relationship between people and the ocean, focusing on surf culture and its influence on people, removed from the sport. For a personal exercise in information architecture, I built digital sites that catalogs analog collections of mine — records and books.
Warm After Hours visualizes one of the many playlists I’ve built for live play, capturing the essense of late night, minimal dub techno and deep house sounds.
Daydream Books, fashioned as an art book store, is an inventory of books in my own library which have inspired me.

	GOOGLE × 29 ROOMS︎Art Direction, Interior SpaceAs an extension of the partnership with Nina Chanel Abney, Google was invited by Refinery29 to take part in their 29Rooms experience. I used the elements created for the Live Cases and applied them to the space, a playground that questioned the status quo and encourgaged playful self-exploration and understanding.
